Taste and appearance leave room for different interpretations. We coordinate the selected product and sample requirements with the manufacturer, alongside the piece format, packaging and order details.
The correct candy can still reach the wrong pack or artwork version. Our packaging discussions bring net content, branding, label information and coding requirements together.
Mint candy, gummies and dairy-containing confectionery bring different product questions. We coordinate requirements by SKU and manufacturing partner.
Connect candy selection, samples, private label packaging and inspection expectations through one commercial contact.
Direct document requests to the responsible manufacturer, with attention to production sites and certificate scope.
Discuss mint, gummy, coffee, milk, tea and crispy candy requirements across relevant manufacturing partners.

From reference to release
Each checkpoint needs a reference, a responsible party and a record. Use this structure to plan the review with the selected manufacturer.
Establish the SKU, specification, sample reference and packaging version that control the order review.
Identify ingredient information and the manufacturing checkpoints relevant to the selected candy.
Review applicable prevention and detection measures, inspection location and verification records.
Match the candy, net content, artwork, coding and closure to the approved packaging requirements.
Define the required findings, documents and treatment of unresolved deviations before dispatch approval.
Agree how finished packs and cartons connect to manufacturing lot information. A readable code is useful when it links to the relevant product and production records.
Yunfan coordinates these requirements with the manufacturing partner. Available records and responsibilities are established for the individual order.
The details that protect the order
Review the correct SKU, net content, artwork, code legibility and closure condition. Where product protection needs further evaluation, seal integrity, seal strength and moisture-barrier performance answer different questions.
A material specification alone does not establish the performance of the finished pack. Candy packaging testing guidance ↗
The suitable inspection arrangement depends on the product and pack. A metalised pack, for example, may require metal inspection before the product enters the pack. Review the actual inspection location and verification requirements.
Finished-pack review priorities
FUMEIDUO lists four metal detectors and three inkjet coding machines. Their applicability, detection sensitivity, verification frequency and coding requirements are reviewed for the selected product and packing route.
Define the target defects, validate performance using representative acceptable and defective samples, and agree how rejects, uncertain results and inspection records will be handled within the process.

The ISO 22000 and HACCP certificates cover candy tablet production within the licensed scope at the listed second- and fifth-floor sites. Review the relevant manufacturer, production location, product scope and current document status for your order.
Specifications, ingredient and allergen information, nutrition data, packaging details and any agreed test reports should refer to the product version being ordered. Factory certificates and product test reports answer different procurement questions.
Questions worth asking
Practical answers for reviewing products, manufacturers and inspection requirements before approving an order.
Discuss your requirementsStart with the selected candy and the decision you need to make. Review specifications, manufacturer identity, relevant credentials, inspection scope and available records. Agree who performs checks, reviews deviations and authorises dispatch.
For a Yunfan order, raise these requirements during product and packaging discussions so they can be reviewed with the responsible manufacturer.
HACCP addresses significant food-safety hazards through a process-specific control plan supported by good hygiene practices. The plan covers hazard analysis, critical control points, limits, monitoring, corrective action, verification and records.

For hard-boiled candy generally, review concerns include stickiness, graining, cracking, deformation and changes in colour or flavour. Moisture exposure and storage conditions are important considerations. Review the product alongside its packaging and storage requirements.
Pressed candy needs its own criteria for appearance, breakage and texture. Confectionery humidity guidance ↗
Depending on the formulation and purchasing requirements, testing may include microbiological, chemical, physical and sensory evaluation. Identify the exact SKU, sample condition, test method, acceptance criteria and report recipient.
Additional testing for a Yunfan order requires an agreed scope and responsible provider. Confectionery testing overview ↗
Evaluate the selected formulation in its intended packaging under defined storage conditions. Consider product-relevant changes in texture, flavour, appearance and applicable safety parameters. Accelerated and real-time studies require suitable methods and interpretation.
Keep stated shelf life tied to the relevant product and pack version. Shelf-life study guidance ↗
Leak testing examines leakage paths. Seal-strength testing evaluates closure strength. Barrier testing evaluates transmission through the packaging material. The results answer different questions about the pack’s suitability for the candy and distribution conditions.
Independent inspectors and laboratories can be engaged for a defined scope. Agree factory access, sampling, sample handling, reporting and release responsibilities with the relevant parties.
Compare quotations for the same product and lot count, location, sample quantity, methods, reporting, transport and any repeat work. Raise these requirements before production or dispatch arrangements are finalised.
Start with the destination country and exact formulation. Ingredient permissions, additives, label content, importer obligations and required documents need market-specific review.
