A small sealed pouch containing several candies is a portion pack. It is different from wrapping each piece separately, so use the packing unit that matches how the candy will be distributed.

Understand the Wrapper, Outer Pack and Carton

Individual wrapping describes the pack around each candy piece. The outer bag or box groups those pieces for sale or distribution, while the carton groups outer packs for shipment. These are different ordering units.

Candy family Inner packing Outer-pack reference Carton planning
Floral mint candy Individually wrapped pieces 500g bag; 33 × 25cm bag reference 10 bags per carton reference
Tea candy Individually wrapped pieces 60g clear box or 500g bag Configuration follows the selected outer pack
Coffee milk candy Individually wrapped pieces Outer pack and net content specified for the order Configuration follows the agreed packing plan

The agreed SKU and packing specification govern each order. A bag's net weight does not establish its piece count, carton dimensions or shipping weight.

Keep the Candy, Packaging and Order Aligned

Distinct flavors for a focused assortment

Mint-led floral candy, tea candy and coffee milk candy offer different starting points for an assortment. We help connect the chosen product and flavor to the pack format, rather than treating every candy as the same item in a different wrapper.

Clear units for a useful quotation

An attractive bag price can hide differences in net weight, piece count and carton packing. We review the product and packing requirements together so the quotation can be compared on a defined basis.

Brand details reviewed at the right stage

Inner wrappers and outer packs have different print areas and information needs. We coordinate artwork, label language, net content and coding requirements with the selected manufacturing partner before the packing specification is approved.

A Practical Guide to Buying Wrapped Candy in Bulk

Use the product, packing unit and delivery requirements together when planning a bulk order.

How do I choose candy for party favors or office treats?

Start with the flavor profile and the people who will receive the candy. Floral mint candy offers a mint-led option, tea candy provides Jasmine Tea, Black Tea and Oolong Tea flavors, and coffee milk candy offers Latte Coffee and Coconut Coffee.

For favor bags, compare the wrapped-piece size with the space in each bag. For shared office or reception bowls, compare flavors and ingredient declarations as well as the outer-pack format. Seasonal projects, including Halloween assortments, also need an agreed packing quantity and required arrival date.

How much individually wrapped candy do I need for 50 guests?

Calculate the number of pieces from your distribution plan. For example, if you choose four individually wrapped pieces per guest, 50 guests × 4 pieces = 200 pieces before any spare allocation. Four pieces is an illustration, not a fixed serving recommendation.

Packs required = total pieces needed ÷ confirmed pieces per pack, rounded up

Use the confirmed count for the selected SKU. A 500g floral mint bag, a 500g tea candy bag and a 60g tea candy box cannot be converted into guest numbers from net weight alone.

How should I compare bulk candy prices?

Compare quotations for the same product specification and clearly stated quantity. Separate the candy and packaging price from any setup charges and delivery costs, and align the currency and delivery scope.

Comparison point Keep the basis consistent
Candy Selected product, flavor and formulation
Quantity Candy net weight or confirmed piece count
Packaging Individual wrapper, outer pack and carton configuration
One-time charges Artwork, printing setup or tooling where quoted
Delivery Destination, shipment scope and any excluded charges

Price per 1,000 pieces = comparable quoted amount ÷ confirmed piece count × 1,000

If quotations use kilograms, compare on the same candy net-weight basis instead. Keep freight and applicable import charges visible in the purchasing budget; a low product-only price is only one part of the comparison.

How does order quantity affect the price?

A larger order may spread setup costs across more units, but candy and printed-packaging minimums can differ. Flavor combinations, separate artwork versions, the chosen outer pack and carton configuration also affect the quotation.

Compare quantity breaks using the same specification. Combining several flavors does not automatically produce the same unit cost as ordering one flavor in a larger run.

Can I customize the packaging?

Yes. We coordinate private label packaging requirements with the selected manufacturing partner. The review can include wrapper artwork, outer-pack presentation, net content, label language and carton configuration.

Treat the inner wrapper and outer pack as separate approval items. A design approved for a 500g bag is not automatically suitable for a small individual wrapper or a 60g tea candy box.

What should I check for an allergen-conscious assortment?

Check the exact SKU's ingredient list and allergen declaration. Individual wrapping does not establish allergen-free status.

Coffee milk candy contains milk-derived ingredients, including whole milk powder and sodium caseinate. The tea candy information includes a shared-production-line notice for milk-containing products. Floral mint candy also needs its own complete ingredient and allergen review rather than an assumption based on its flavor name.

For U.S. label guidance, see the FDA's advice on reading allergen labels.

Can I source sugar-free or organic options?

Sugar-free and organic are different product attributes and need separate SKU-level documentation. For a sugar-free brief, start by reviewing the floral mint option alongside its approved ingredients, sweetener declaration and nutrition panel.

An organic requirement needs applicable product-specific certification. Tea flavors, floral flavors and individual wrapping do not establish organic status, and a sugar-free description for one product should not be applied to the whole assortment.

What determines shipping options and cost?

Destination, shipment weight and volume, delivery method, timing and the agreed delivery scope all affect shipping planning. The outer pack and carton configuration matter as well as the candy quantity.

We coordinate delivery requirements with the selected manufacturing partner once the product and packing plan are defined. Include the destination and required arrival date when comparing arrangements, and keep product pricing and transportation costs on a clear, consistent basis.
